Road 263 through Märsta

traffic safety and accessibility improvements

Trafikverket (the Swedish Transport Administration) is planning improvements to road 263 through the built-up area of Märsta to improve traffic safety and accessibility. The measures include junction improvements at several points along the stretch, a new combined footpath and cycleway, and noise mitigation measures for residents closest to the road.

The consultation period runs July 21–September 15, 2026
